1. What does GarmentGlam sell?

GarmentGlam sells fashion items for men and women, including clothing, sneakers, fitted caps, handbags, perfumes, jewellery, hair products, and more.

2. Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment methods such as EFT, bank transfer, and other available options.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

6. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit.

7. What items cannot be returned?
Perfumes, jewellery, hair products, underwear, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
