GarmentGlam Return & Exchange Policy

At GarmentGlam, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted.

👕 Eligible Items

Items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• With original tags and packaging attached
• Free from stains, odors, or damage

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Perfumes and fragrances
• Jewellery
• Hair products
• Undergarments or intimate wear
• Sale or clearance items

🔁 Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size or color only, subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

💸 Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued as store credit.
• Cash refunds are not offered.
• Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable courier, as GarmentGlam is not responsible for lost return parcels.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra cost.

GarmentGlam reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
